I usually don't like new construction but for some reason that house and it's whole vibe scream "newlyweds-live-here" to me, it's adorable

i have started construction on a dedicate home theater / man cave in the basement. i've already got a pool table down there. the theater is going to have a hi def projector, leather recliners, and the room will be 15' x 25'.
