NBC employee claims Bill Cosby paid off women, invited young models to dressing room.

You ever read a female group chat? I’m assuming you haven’t. You think women don’t take pics of random men on the street? I’ve seen women take pics of me, I’ve seen women look dead at my crotch. I honestly don’t care if they look or take a pic.
You read those group chats in context?

Context matters 100% in these scenarios.

Someone doing something completely egregious and no one feels safe intervening? Whip that camera out.

Random woman minding her damn business walking to work? Invasion of privacy.

Find a better way to defend creepy behavior.

Also again, the running theme here seems to be legality vs. ethics/morality.

"Find a better way to defend creepy behavior."

You wild goofy Fam.

Nope!

" Taking photographs and video of things that are plainly visible in public spaces is a constitutional right—and that includes transportation facilities, the outside of federal buildings, and police and other government officials carrying out their duties."

Slippery slope.

Don't start that "consent" stuff.

We have no expectation of privacy in public.

Next thing we know cops are gonna be all over this...confiscating footage hollering about "consent".

Taking screenshots from a private group chat and sharing them with others is def lame. Who ever did that def has worked with police before lol.
ahat ahat clearly posted them. No need to be indirect. We're all on public forum w/ our sn's on full display.

Is this the same NT that had multiple women appreciation threads??
it's not the same thing & u know it isn't. there's difference b/t doing this:

So is this the same as Cosby situation? Legal at the time vs morals?

Because the law says it okay to film and take pictures vs morals (perverted/weirdos).

But, on the real, there’s a difference then snapping pics of people on the streets to add to a fashion blog vs having your camera upside down, zooming on some random girl butt or recording a video under their skirts.

Nah, this is what we’re not gonna do. I took a video of a girl in jeans, in public. I have never and would never take a pic under a girls skirt. In my book, that’s some creepy sicko ****.

Taking a pic of a full clothed fat *** in public is the same as me taking a pic of a man in a Fubu jersey in 2021 or wearing some terrible fakes. It’s out in public, not private. So don’t try to mix the two.

ahat ahat delete that message, you telling

I’m was not saying you recorded under some random woman skirt. Let me be clear. :lol

But to take video/recoding of a random woman *** on the low is cool?

Y’all some wild boys.

Ok let's think this out logically.

What does "consent" to take pics in public look like? Is it a form?

Are there laws in place already that cover voyeurism?

Do you feel voyeurs will ask for consent...making it ok? Excuse me Ms. Would you mind if I take pics of your butt? No? Great! Please sign my form.

Will this consent requirement apply to only women?

Hyperbole and extremes.

If people don't know the difference between public photography and voyeurism - is that my fault?

I don't believe in giving government more power just because it feels good at the time.

There's nothing wrong with pointing out the difference between facts and feelings.
