Damn that was a great episode.
Go figure, give Shirley a storyline where she's not nagging and whining about the group's morality and it ends up being her best episode. Giving Shirley and Jeff a backstory was a surprise and I liked it tons. The game breaking into an anime scene was a hilarious surprise. I loved their synchronized playing too
Nick Kroll was an awesome guest star too.. when they used him as a foosball player
Abed as Batman would have been a bit too ridiculous if he didn't struggle to use the grappling hook and the pointed out the absurdity of it.
I loved it.. and the final glimpse of them walking off as kids was a phenomenal touch.
