Just ordered a fitted from Lids. I was messing around with the personalized embroidery thing on the side. I forgot to delete what I wrote and I ended up ordering it with some mindless letters on it. They don't accept returns with embroidery.

Now to my question.

Is there a way to go about removing the embroidery on the hat without damaging it?

Or do I just have to figure out something to tell people what "SDF" means?

even if you remove embroidery as safely as you can it's going to look ugly, believe me, I've tried
only passes if it's a side logo no one will really look at, but if it's big on the front it's going to leave sizable holes.

find out the return policy...

Yeah it is on the right side.

They don't take returns on embroidery.

call them right now and rectify the order...it can't be to late if you just ordered it

goto a ragshop and ask them for something to remove embroidery,

google it if you want the exact name, my vocabulary is horrible, sorry.
