Those Blacktop Pumps need to come back - in a good way.

Hey Brian, I still have my pair of Blacktops that retroed back in like 2003 or so. Still have them in the box. Price was only $99.99 at the Reebok store on South Street in Philly. Here is a shot of them when I wore them a while ago.

When I heard that Reebok was retroing them and that they would be only sold on South Street, I high tailed it down there when they released. Grabbed my pair and was so happy. This is one of the shoes I won't get rid of in my quest to aleivate 85% of my collection (it's time to do it). I remember the Sinbad commercial and just how cool these were back in the day (didn't have an OG pair but my buddy had the non-pump Blacktops. I had the Converse TarMax outdoor shoe). I wish they would re-retro them again. That color green was so cool.

^^^ those are BEEE-YOOOO-T-FULL!!!! I was out of the retro game for about 10 years focusing on new performance models for reviews at weartesters and missed a ton.
I actually had the lowtop Blacktops junior year of HS for basketball - couldn’t afford the pumps. Had the blk/tab TarMax too - you couldn’t blow those up.

Nice to see these get posted. I had a pair of these 03 retros, sold it a few years ago to someone from japan. The quality of these is amazing and I am kicking myself still for selling them. I was able to get 3 pairs of blacktops for 30 each in 06. 2 of the triple whites and 1 in this same colorway.

Haven’t worn Reebok since the early 90s but really digging the Premier Road Modern. Anyone know the sizing, are they TTS? Thanks in advance
