There have been 9 home runs that wouldn't have been out in the old stadium and 5 that this stadium took away. So the net is +4. Its more likely the Livanis terrible and the Yankees usualy own him.

Yeah and his career ERA+ of 97 would indicate he is a below average pitcher. I'm sure his 5 1/3 of 6 runs and 7 hits is real impressive.

Yeah that 5 1/3 of 6 runs on 7 hits was much better than Joba's 4 innings of 2 runs on 1 hit. I see how you could come to that conclusion.

I only said the Jeter home run was cheap....but with the ridiculous amount of homeruns that stadium has so far, I've seen plenty of cheap ones.
BTW....who is this guy Switzer? Why put a guy who never pitched in the bigs in a spot like that?

Joba should stick around past the sixth a couple a games instead of one game this year.

What I'd like to know is, why would Switzer come up and not Figgy, just because he's a lefty?
Seeing leads blown by Takahashi and Switz, two guys who would never see the light of day if we were healthy, is tough to watch. They have no business in thebigs.
