I think he's closer to average than good.

My official rankings:

Top 2-3 = elite
Top 4 or so to maybe 8 = good
9 to 15 = average/ok
15-20 = below average
20-25 = bad
25+ = Donaldson range

He's currently at 12, so he's average/ok. If he stays hot, he can play himself into the good range by the end of the season.
