He was the 'senior talent adviser' from 98-07. His talent evaluations were definitely great, the Browns have a lot to look forward to.
Some of his 1st round gems: JaMarcus Russell, Michael Huff at 7, Fabian Washington, Robert Gallery, Tyler Brayton, Philip Buchanon, Derrick Gibson and a kicker.
