Could it be collusion by the league to not pursue Lamar, because they don’t want to set the precedent of a fully guaranteed contract.

no one should be surprised.. especially with his mom being his agent too
you know the teams want someone the could legit bad mouth dude, but the agent has to consider their relationship with the team because of potential future dealings for other clients
