I didn't even know these existed. Dope as hell, definitely need those.

Mold on the blues is crazy good though. I don't even care for 1s like that, but JB doing them right.

June 4 is gonna be a special day for the OG 1 dudes. Cannot wait. Two pairs of these for sure. Don't want to wait another 30 years for them to come out.

Love looking at new shoe porn in the morning!!! I LOVE these, justice has been served. I love blue and wanted these so much when I had my 2001 white/ navy Japans, almost painted the swoosh and collar. I thanked the shoe gods back in 2013 with the improved mold, then to blessed again 2 years later with the sex they call the AJ1. ohh...wait....Shoegazim. :tongue:

The Metallic series was originally released in 1986. There were a few retros of certain colors (Metallic Green (Sea Green 2009 Retro), Metallic Dark Red (Varsity Red 2009 Retro), and Metallic Purple (Grand Purple 2009 Retro). There was a Metallic Orange pair also, I hope they retro those too.

People with sponsors, and inside hook ups are getting them soon. More and more pics should be dropping next month. Retailers don't get OG 1s in up until two weeks before RD, or even the week of for some.
 
Sheeeit. Travelling on release date in an area with no sneaker stores. Anyone have any recommendation on pre-orders for a decent price? (i.e. close to retail)
 
These can't drop soon enough.  I'm pretty selective about the 1's and 2's I buy but these are an instant cop.  Love this colorway.

gonna be interesting...lettermans and cybers were super easy...I honestly think the production of 1s is up so you should be good...pretty neat how it hasn't returned since og drop so that might add a tad hype for certain ppl and old heads
 
Cyber Mondays and the David lettermans were unhyped due to their looks. The metallics are og and will certainly have more hype. Might be like the unc 1s release or a little easier
 
I know, Im going to my mall that early in the am walking into house of hoops and copping a pair. Id cop 2 but Im getting the lows as well.

Local champs at the mall doesn't ever get 1's. I'll have to try my luck online. Looking forward to see how the leather turns out on this one

these should turn out like the UNC 1s, pretty easy cop and about $200 after release date. I want to get these but the white/red 11s come out that day. Tough choices
