Anyone have a video of how they make EP? I wonder if the technique is diff than it was back in the day. Either way, I'm sure they're just lazy.

Just poppin' in to say i appreciate spoonmanofthehour and vegetaray123 for their previous posts and mentions. Ya'll made me spit my coffee out this morning

But the AJ 3's were good. I have two pairs. One from LN3 (12/1/21 - 3/18/22) and one from LN4 (1/21/22 - 5/26/22). The pair from LN3 had tumbled leather inconsistencies on the toe as 23mj88 pointed out. My LN4 pair is fine. I wonder if having the later produced pair (LN4) corrected the mistakes LN3 may have had. Feel free to report.

Got a chance to check out my pair and the quality on them is really nice aside from the fact that I have 1 Shoe with OG height ep on the toe and the other has retro height EP lol. I aint trippin tho

Yes, talking about how high the strip of EP comes up the toe. Look at pics of the last true blue or black/cement III retros and you'll see how much higher up the toe it goes. Some of those look like straight bootlegs compared to how most of these fire reds look.

Ooh I see. Haha, this is my first time owning a Jordan 3 ever, so I'm not quite as familiar. I thought I saw posts from people having a few pairs of this new retro saying one pair had a higher EP height and one had a lower, too.

Who was specifically talking about EP "toe height" regarding the particular above IG post? Or are you just saying in general.

In general, I asked about EP height and was told it’s how high up in the toe the EP goes and those OG are not a low cut, 1/8 of an inch lower maybe? That was all. I’d love low EP AND thin but I think I got neither lol

I've been going a half size down in 3's and 4's for the past 10 years.

Yup, if you don't like a lot of dead space, retros 1-4 you can go down a half size. Assuming it also works for 5-12 cause I go half size down on my 11s and 12s too.

MJO23DAN are you gonna post some pics or videos of your pairs? I am going to order more pairs to see if I can land a 05/xx/22 pair. I have 2 LN3 Pairs and 3 LN4 Pairs. Wasn't too pleased with any of them to be honest. Inconsistencies are killing such as Tongue height, elephant print height, Leather mismatch.

These issues are grade b that should go to outlets, now that it's 210 nike's saying well no big deal, they'll buy it no matter the small imperfections.

Can't even do that with all 5 pairs.. They are not consistent. Out of all 5 pairs.. Only 1 right shoe is good.
