Disagree. Maybe it was the lighting, but it looks like white to me. Has a scaled texture as well.
As for 3M, they used a shiny material on the shoe but it's not really reflective like 3M.

Pinks are pretty nice in person. Surprised they marked em down so quick. They must not be selling at all. Which means they will likely hit outlets heavy.
