it all comes to personal preference but the current performance running shoe trend is actually geared towards being more maxed cushioned as opposed to less since these foams are offering more energy return (that spring/bouncy feeling)

i honestly don’t see the air max stuff being made for performance running anymore when nikes been pretty much developing new foams like react and zoomx

scorpions are wild and not for me, but i can see them trying to push the model with their typical limited first few CWs that sell out and a couple collabs to create hype

Not gonna lie the 720s was a completely different experience for walking. Never felt anything like it before. I think that’s where Nike starts going wild, where they try and produce something they have cooking, whether it be new tech or tooling. It’s important for a company like Nike to keep innovating.

post just referred more to running shoes and how air tech isn’t what it was and how we have all these super foams that feel way better

try out a pair of the invincibles, might not look the best but they feel creat casually and i hope we get to see more lifestyle kicks use it

Well crap… used the Sanitize option on the washer and….

I’ve never done this before but would Nike replace? The glue clearly came off the toe. I do think I got them at Nordstrom and I’m sure they would return with no issues…

They do smell like flowers now and they cleaned up like new.

Did you use hot water? Looks like the upper shrunk which detached it from the midsole. Always go cold when washing sneaks.

There’s nothing wrong with washing them because they’re knit.

The problem was him washing them in boiling hot water trying to melt the funk off.

The problem is that he ended up melting the glue too!

You stills shouldn’t wash shoes, it’s never a good idea. They can usually get really messed up. However, if they are in a bag meant for washing shoes, and it’s on cold, then they usually fare ok.

They have cleaning kits for a reason,lol.

Sometimes you need more than a kit. I have a bag for washing shoes and I’ve washed Air Max 95’s, Concord 11’s and Lebron 15’s with no issues.

Those are the only two that I’ve washed in the past couple of years.

Sometimes you need more than a kit. I have a bag for washing shoes and I’ve washed Air Max 95’s, Concord 11’s and Lebron 15’s with no issues.

Those are the only two that I’ve washed in the past couple of years.

You step in ankle deep mud or something? If you care for your shoes very well, you shouldn’t ever need to throw them in the washer. (Unless a freak accident happens)
