Ordered the black Oregon colorway today and I'm really curious to test these out in the gym. I usually use shoes with Lunarlon but I'm trying to diversify my workouts with more sprint and explosion drills so hopefully these do the trick!

The nike free 5.0 aren't designed for any explosive lateral movements.
The nike free 5.0 are designed for straight forward running, long distance (1+miles).
The nike free TRAINER 5.0 give the same free motion, but with a targeted area in specific movements.
The trainers are much more bulkier, with obv higher weight than the free 5.0.
Either way, they both provide great performance for their design.

Some sizes for the Oregon 5.0s are back on NDC (9, 9.5, & 10 as of now). If you're order is on hold or delayed you could just cancel it and grab one from NDC.
