Anyone else’s shoes stop working altogether? My right shoe did. The white color light stays on, and that’s it.

When was this? Right shoe is just dead, press the button to tighten, it flashes twice and does nothing.

I received my replacement pair this past Tuesday. It took two weeks of failed troubleshooting techniques emails to/from their “elite services” department. I told them returning the shoes for a refund was out of the question.
My right shoe had the same issue. After I did the initial app update the shoe went dead.

I just don’t get how people can’t slip on shoes! I’ve been doing since I was a little kid! 2 fingers on the heel as u slide your foot in... can even use the tongue thing too!
