Not quite, but it does feel very elevated as you can imagine. The vapor max outsole was so thin whereas the 19s are a little beefier where the outsole is directly under the air max unit

I'm also an 11.5. In my experience the lows always seem to fit more tight than mid. When I try for an 11 it always hurts my feet. I don't own the lows in these though it may work for you who knows

For what it's worth, I have the LeBronival lows in a 12 and purple highs in a 12, the low 12s are a tad snug. Hopefully they break in some.
