I should’ve done a before and after but they were pretty oxidized. These and a few more pairs that been at my moms for a min. Idk how but man they were brown/orange on the mesh.

Last pic here you can see the heel chipped in the rear. Not the best job but it was my first reglue. A big rule of thumb I seen online was attach from the front to back. With this shoe it should’ve been back to front. I feel for most shoes that can work. It’s easier to align them too high up front on the toe vs too far back. I feel on the heel you’ll be able to tell when it’s off.

I never hit buy now on anything so fast in my life, I didn’t even blink throughout the whole process

They did split on me last year but I’m just now putting them back together. I did them the same day but I didn’t make the same mistakes.

They’re different. Color and material of the upper, eyestay and tongue are the most noticeable differences.

Yeah bro same. They look soooo good in person. One of my favorite pairs too. I'm gutting more than half of my Lebron collection soon but no 8s will be axed. Such an amazing pair/silhouette.

Brought them back out, pink laces going forward, absolutely love them. My boy had on his Miami XX’s so it was only right to take a pic. Insoles of the XX’s compared to recent retro just cause.

People weren't as critical about the Lebron's retros as they are Jordan's. That's also probably why most of them go on sale.
