if I remember 259 is the number released for the lights out.. and now twas 250 (100 + 75 + 75) 9 less awww.. hmmm anyway..

easy,get a room at the victoria court across trinoma below the MRT north station.10-12 hours stay should be sufficient(even if you're camping with a lovedone...)i don't think the guards in the premises of the mall would allow you to just loiter around so just be there early enough to be among the first inline but not too early as to get shut down by the SG's.victoria court FTW

^There's also a downside. 13 is a rare size (in PI). Which means fewer pairs. So, smaller chance of getting a pair.
