no they are not doing an in-store raffle at the NYC OFF WHITE shop down the street from 21Mercer (no one was there when i swung by for my 'coffee break'), but I am fairly certain that will not keep folks from a) stealing the new sinage and selling it online or b) hanging around....which may or maynot be fun.
