Looks like the Ekiden AF are also releasing on 2/9.
I’m going to return my NBY VF Next with the mesh upper. I just don’t like the fit. Not sure if I should get the EkidenAF or VF to replace them.

Check the weight (fakes probably heavier), and make sure it’s stiff (from the CF plate). If you run faster for less effort, also a good indication it’s real. Which seller has them for retail?

it was a random dude, super nice guy...he mentioned that he bought it at a brick and mortar but never used them.He unloaded them due to medical bills. The shoes are pretty stiff so I imagine they’re legit...prolly overkill for my use case but the Hakone Ekiden is pretty inspiring (esp after watching Run with the Wind).
