Every time I start coming to terms with how big the game is, I go to a new area and it smacks me in the face 

Also this is some of the best game music. I've never gave af about OST's but I might be listening to this one.

If I had an hr for lunch I might bring mine to work, but I also know I would be too salty putting it down    I'm already salty I gotta watch TWD

I love the OST as well

I almost wish I got the special edition or even the master edition for the soundtrack. I love how you won't hear any music and you'll just have the ambient noises of the environment and then they'll bring in a piano softly while you're exploring.

I really like the music for the mini-bosses too

Zelda will easily be the game of the year. Only way that changes if Mario Odyssey comes out in time to be in the running which I doubt. Either way the Switch will have a game winning the title.

There's a lot of competition out there I doubt that Nintendo will be the sole candidate to domain

Can't see anything coming out this year holding a flame to BotW. This game is just breathtaking.

Yep even in my small country of New Zealand I'm seeing some bargains all over the place. I picked up the Super Mario Maker bundle brand new for $110.

I finally got to unboxing my Switch and hooking it up. Can't express enough how amazing the experience has been, in just the short amount of time I played BOTW. Even my fiance who has relatively little to no interest in video games played for about 40 minutes before heading to bed lol. I absolutely love this game.

i'll be shocked if BOTW doesn't win game of the year. honestly.

it's gotta be the best game ever made (if you're a fan of zelda, if you dislike or are indifferent to the zelda franchise you might think i'm over exaggerating).

it's ridiculous how much time i spent playing this weekend. and every time i stop and go out i'm out there wanting to come back and play. i can't remember the last time i felt like that about a game.

more so than not as i'm older now, if i got a new game it would almost feel like a chore to play it. or like "i guess i'll play x i got nothing better to do...

where as with BOTW i'm over here making plans around it lol.

in terms of how big it is. it's really insane. i started searching for memories. and when you do that you truly realize how big this game is. you sit there thinking "how in the hell am i ever gonna get to the point in this game where THIS place is the main focus" like the attention to detail on stuff that might not even be relevant is nuts

The game reminds me of Metal Gear V in a way. The open world is gorgeous. I just hate how the weapons wear out in time -_-. I've played way too much Ocarina of Time to somewhat dislike the modernism of the game. Will keep playing though.


Edit: Are some of you guys experiencing some lag/disconnection with the joycons on TV mode? Could be the position and distance that I'm sitting but it shouldn't be that bad. Need to calibrate maybe?

First thing tomorrow I'm dropping my xbone at GameStop 40% more for switch stuff, depends what Scorpio got up its sleeve I'll wait till then

I need to find me an official Nintendo caryying case. The one I got at GameStop was too big, switch moves around in it. I read up on the bestbuy ones (Insignia) same difference. Hope I can find official Nintendo one tomorrow.

There's one by hori that looks great and a travel case that takes the dock too I might grab that one going out of town next month
