Yup. I am not sure tho. It doesnt feel nearly as lifeless as it was before which I assume is a good think but I can't say for sure if I would get it up if need be. I read some testimonials online from other guys who tried the 90 day challenge. Some said they couldnt get it up for weeks but all of a sudden started popping NRBs again. Some said they needed a girl to get it up the first time but now they can do it themselves. etc.

Even if I tried fapping right now I wouldnt be able to get it up. But it doesnt feel lifeless so I think a girl could do it.
