as fas as growing your hair out, i really cant help you there bruh, i started my hair growing process in the 5th grade, so obviously it jus grew withtime

Anything that improves circulation to your scalp will help. Massage your head, tug on your hair, etc...(all nh). Also be patient, it will take a long timeregardless.
