its not the same type of sugar at all bro, people who end up diabetic do so by years and years of twinkies and ****, fruit isnt the culprit

but if you already are diabetic, that might not be a good idea, but if youre not, i would say consult a physician if its really a concern 

i will say that diabetes is prevalent in my family on my mothers side (her father lost his eyesight at like 40 to it and died at like 50 but dude looked 90+) and im completely fine despite my disposition

just got my lift in feelin great.

last night i had severe shoulder pains, thought i strained it....
woke up feeling golden somehow...

anyone had lasting injuries from lifting alone? not sports related
what age? any precursing pains in the area?

joint pains are another thing im interested in learning about...

When you guys are trying to lose body fat/weight, how many grams do you usually restrict your body per day in terms of:

Total fat
Carbs
Sugar

Fat I try to get between 70-110g
Carbs and sugar don't matter to me as long as I hit my Protein and Fat
 
brahs if you wanna lose interest in eating, just drink hot coffee in the morning and burn your tongue :D

Like I've said before, I've tried everything and I prefer the EC stack.
