NT'ers w/ locks, explain to me the journey of locks...

Sole King I would think your hair would be longer after 5 years. I'm only 3 and half years in and mine are probably a lil bit longer.  People say my hair grows fast but I didnt think so.  Maybe it does.  Yours are clean tho.

im gettin tired of my dreads now, but i know i dont look right wit a haircut so ima keep em for a lil longer

Honestly I think mine just grows slow. My boy started growing his around the same time I did and he's got a couple of inches on me (no AYO). Thanks though.

Honestly I think mine just grows slow. My boy started growing his around the same time I did and he's got a couple of inches on me (no AYO). Thanks though.

can yall wear hats (fitteds + snapbacks) with dreads or is your head too big?

on the verge of getting twisted but i like wearing hats so im indecisive

, that's actually a decent question. My hats went from a 7 3/8 to an 8 with dreads. I don't even think about snapbacks. If your head is already big before starting dreads, it might be a problem. Otherwise, you should be good.

, that's actually a decent question. My hats went from a 7 3/8 to an 8 with dreads. I don't even think about snapbacks. If your head is already big before starting dreads, it might be a problem. Otherwise, you should be good.
