The first match that came to mind is Bayley/Sasha at TakeOver.
Some GOODT! storytelling with Bayley finally overcoming her long time bully.
Actually the entire story arc of Bayley going through all the Horsewomen leading up to her showdown with "Final Boss" Sasha was excellently executed.
However it really doesn't meet your underrated criteria because that match has been generally praised.
