I know this asian dude that still rocks a Linsanity 17 shirt and got into basketball because of Lin. Dude always asks me if I think we should get Lin again or if I heard the rumor we might trade for him. A part of me wants to give him a reality check but he's a really nice dude.

Right after D'Antoni inexplicably benched Nate for 14 straight games, Nate comes off the bench and drops 41 even after sitting out the 1st 

This run was nuts as well in 2009 when Nate averaged like 18 a game. Shake and Bake!

Linsanity was great. He picked the perfect time to play the best basketball of his career. The fact that it happened in NY and not lets say new Orleans made it that much more noticed. However don't think for a second he is a top tier pt guard. I smile whenever I think of those games but I know better than to try and define his game by them.
