Yo is that really the spot? I usually go to the one on 94th and Bway, and it's always on point.
Surprising to say the least. I always meet women and have a good time in Astoria. The girls from Applebee's frequent the Irish pub nearby the restaurant. Two floors, upstairs has a small bar and beer pong. It's on a corner, forget the name.

I know which one you're talking about. But I'm useless, I don't remember the name :lol Studio Square is right there as well. Funny how that **** is right next to a high school.

I hate 1849's wings and overall everything about it :lol Thunder Jackson's has decent wings from around there...Down the Hatch does too (I believe they have Atomic Wings)...best I've had in the city though is definitely Atomic Wings from Bar Coastal up on 78th and 2nd.

^ Really hit it off with one of the Applebee's servers. Only detriments: Her BF was there (nice guy) and she has an adorable daughter.

Hookah spot treated me well. $10 cover at door for one "free" drink. Black curtain when you enter, good music. Met a beautiful Peruvian chick. Soccer fan and we both love ceviche.

Speaking of, Raymi in NYC. Peruvian restaurant, check it out.

My sources tell me that Kobe will force a trade to NY by mid season

Keeping Stoudemire is ideal

I'm not serious

I kinda miss going to Applebee's in Astoria. That was the after work spot to grab some drinks.

Damn, I used to go there sometimes with my buddies right before or after we hit up the movies. I don't remember them having good looking servers back then. I should go there sometimes :lol

Can't really think of any way this benefits us. I'd rather we keep Stat and hope he re-signs with us for below his market value

Why trade Amare when he comes off our books when the season ends?

I'd rather keep him and let him re-sign with us. I'm fairly certain he doesn't want to play anywhere but NYC anyway. He might sign with Brooklyn though :lol

agreed. i mean the sixers dont have any assets worth trading, so it would be a pointless trade. i mean its not like theyre gonna give up noel or MCW. tbo, i dont think anyone on that team is better than stat anyway, except for those 2. now if we traded stat in the offseason to obtain pau, that wouldve been a different story.

Eh :lol Season aint even start and they're targeting for the trade deadline.

Ppl keep saying sign STAT back for the cheap but I'm not even sure Phil would want to do that if STAT's jumper isn't consistent. He's getting older and he doesn't lay defense.

i dont agree with a stat trade unless we get something great.... hes an expiring contract so no rush to move him and he can possibly resign with us for cheap thats if hes still serviceable...i dont even see what we can get from philly for him

his post offense has improved and hes a pretty good passer/rebounder. if the money is right, no reason we shouldnt resign him...if he remains healthy of course

No he's not.

Always been a whole lot of if's since STAT's first set of injuries. He really has to prove he can be consistent let alone healthy before he really gets considered for a new deal here. I'm pretty sure he knows he's playing for a contract this season.

hes definitely playing for a contract and shump will be too. stat averages 8.3 rebounds for his career and thats including the last 2 seasons where he only averaged 5 per.
