Unless Philly can get another team involved with REAL obtainable assets, then what is the point of trading STAT? His money comes off the books this coming summer, just let that play out and sign him for cheap, he'd be down. Like everyone else is saying, I want to see if he can produce at or near the level he did towards the end of the season.

Let's say he does, 1.) he is contributing, 2.) his contract is coming off of the books, 3.) he legit likes playing here so he'd do it again for cheap and we'd have monies to get a top notch player this coming summer, it's winning all around. Philly has no assets to give that we want, MCW and Noel aren't going to go anywhere, that's there future, so I don't see this happening. Now, someone said Kobe forcing his way here, it'd be cool, don't see that happening either.

No he's not.

Always been a whole lot of if's since STAT's first set of injuries. He really has to prove he can be consistent let alone healthy before he really gets considered for a new deal here. I'm pretty sure he knows he's playing for a contract this season.

hes definitely playing for a contract and shump will be too. stat averages 8.3 rebounds for his career and thats including the last 2 seasons where he only averaged 5 per.

STAT is booty with the rebounds. Averaging 8.3 rebounds don't mean anything when 6 of those are the ball coming right to him or him literally being the only one around to catch the ball.

I don't believe in Shump so it don't matter to me if he's playing for a contract. He aint getting the max no way.

-OVO is only good for the guests IMO. i mean seeing Drake serenading the Toronto gyals for half the concert? no thanks. but when he does do his 'turn up' hits crowd gets nuts

-the legal age to drink/gamble is 18 in MTL. senior year of HS almost all the schools in lower Ontario went there for a year end trip and St. Catherine Street is where its at. if youve been, you know what im talking about. the casino in MTL is nice as hail too
