At this point, you need to do both. Fire Fisher and just make a trade, even if it's something small, just bring in new blood.

Fishers not going anywhere. His seat has remained the same temperature since he arrived.

No major trade is happening, we have no assets. And what for ? To come storming back to almost make the playoffs?
