Hopefully Demps pulls what Utah did. I don't want a season of Melodrama: Chris Paul Edition.

Dont know whats up with Paul man he in a hell of a slump...maybe the trades be getting to him...they went on a big losing streak after the toronto trade earlier this year didnt they
he need to be working his tail off for that 5 seed if he wanna get to the 2nd round in the playoffs

I honestly don't see how his knee is keeping him from shooting and not just jumpshots but passing when he has an open lay up.. I think he's mentally checked out of the game. I saw a spark in him once that whole Knick game; middle of the 3rd.

It's been a strange few weeks.
There have been a few glimpses of the old Paul, more glimpses of a refined Paul, and a lot of a player I've never seen before, passive and uninterested. Maybe he knows he will never be the player he once was, it is killing him mentally and he won't admit it, or maybe he's looking ahead.
I would almost believe he might be quitting on the team if it wasn't a completely illogical time to do so. It's not like they're sunk or anything.

That's true but he may be being realistic for his team's chances.
Could be a mix of both. Not pushing it too hard every night to save some in the tank to at least go hard in the playoffs.
