I'm sure its just a coincidence, but the bankruptcy Judge's name is Kevin Gross, Dodgers had a pitcher named Kevin Gross who threw a no hitter in '92.  
Not the same person right?

New ownership will hopefully mean a new GM, this dude is a dunce.
