This is exactly what I knew was going to happen, one loss for Dallas and Miami wins the Ring.

Peja and Barea had the EASIEST looks of anyone from the entire game and missed all but one.

Dallas won't get outrebounded all series like this, Game 2 will be fun.

Template for the Heat is just so simple. You know it's coming, but it's just inevitable and unstoppable.
1. Have Bosh carry the offensive load when Bron and Wade aren't scoring from the first to third quarter

2. Try to get one of the role players put in solid offensive numbers (Chalmers, Miller, Haslem, etc..)

3. Tough defense for 48 min

4. Wade and Bron close at the end

Dirk needs to just take over earlier in the 4th. If he's going to lose another NBA Finals, he better be putting up 25+ shots a night.

Eh...game went about the way as I expected it. Heat have multiple perimeter scorers that can take over when needed. The Mavs have Dirk but who else? They've been on a good run and have overachieved but against the Heat, all the stuff they've been getting away with will come back and bite them. You don't lose the rebounding battle and points in the paint battle consistently and win championships...it just doesn't work like that. Mavs defied logic in some of those games, beating OKC and LA but you just can't do it all the way.

The Mavs are set up like the Spurs. Everything revolves around TD similar to how everything revolves around Dirk. But the Spurs had Parker and Ginobili who were able to take over and get their own offense when needed.
