Absolutely. Club level probably is my favorite area to sit in. At times, Stubhub does have some great deals. My brother and I were lucky to get tickets to where we were sitting.

Possibly a stupid question but do they ever let people that purchase tickets off stubhub get giveaways like what the Warriors do?

If it's a general giveaway, then yes.

In some cases, when Giants host special events, then you'll need to buy the tickets on their website.
