Yes Pooh will be playing the season opener.

For a team like Minny, Deng and Boozer are basically anvils around your neck, uyou are simply delusional if you don't think another team can do better than a trade not involving Jimmy or Noah.

you need a three team trade or you need to give up, jimmy or noah, like the conversation doesn't start without one of those two principles being met.

Well considering that Lu expires after this year and Booz the year after, I wouldn't exactly refer to them as anvils but I get your point.

As far as Jimmy goes... I may try to use Miriotic instead but if including him is what gets me love wo giving up Noah then he is included.

I do not see how any rational fan/sports follower does not agree with that.

Granger and George Hill

for

KLove and JJ Barea

The numbers work, and this is a much better trade than whatever the Bulls are offering outside of Noah, Butler, Rose.

^ Love is gonna come off the bench behind David West?
Nah 33 year old West would come off the bench behind Love, and they could play on the court at the same time too.

I doubt it would happen, but I'm just trying to illustrate that there are much better packages than what the Bulls have to offer.

Aldrige and Matthews for K Love and Derrick Williams for example

I see where your going but FTR Granger & Hill is more laughable then Deng & Boozer. That wouldn't help the Wolves in the long term or short term.

In Deng & Boozer you have two all star caliber frontcourt players and immediate cap room...

Minny would probably ask for Noah and Jimmy/Deng.

If the Bulls can somehow get Asik back, then that'd be a good look.

i want omer back but not at his current rate & i dobut we have anything houston wants

if Jimmy is the deciding factor for getting Love and Jo isn't involved... Then he's gone.

You can draft another Jimmy in the draft positions we draft... You can't draft a Love there G.

yeah thats very true but i just feel like giving up jimmy will bite us in the long run... the boy is good

like Tony Snell

if he can come in a cook he could make jimmy more moveable but im not hopeful on that

Tony Snell is going to be a player.

Wolves ain't giving up Love for Butler anyway, Noah or nothing.

Here's one: Is anyone daring enough to bite on Dre Drummond's ceiling over Love's proven worth?

Drummond could potentially be the best defensive center since Orlando Dwight so I'm going with him. Plus he's like 13 years old, has great character from all accounts and is a 1 in 10 million physical specimen.

16,14 a steal and 3.5 blocks a game from him soon, quote me.

We're in the same boat, man. Seems we agree on a lot sports related.

Dre is only 20. Super raw, so much room to grow offensively.

i think love is what he is at this point & wont get better & is just on a crap team

dre has the tools to become THE MAN & take det back where they could possibly still be hovering around if they didnt break-up that last squad sheed/billups/prince was nasty

I just hope Drummond doesn't sign an extension and somehow finds his way to the Knicks. That kid will be a monster in two years.

Not sure if posted...

Stern Hopes 76ers Reach Playoffs
Sep 16, 2013 11:59 AM EDT

By most accounts, the Philadelphia 76ers will not be contending for a playoff spot this season.

But David Stern is hopeful that the 76ers are one of eight Eastern Conference teams to reach the playoffs.

Stern was asked this week of the 76ers' odds of winning the lottery.

"That is so... small," said Stern. "I hope they have a great season and don't have the chance for the No. 1 pick."

Even if the 76ers have the worst record in the NBA, there is a 35.7 percent chance they don't have one of the top three picks.

Thy will be done 8o.

is rose gunna play in opener
Most likely. Probably even the preseason opener against Pacers on October  5.

Kobe's status is reminiscent of DRose last year though. A bunch of expectations around when he's going to come back and it all remains a mystery. Hope Kobe is back opening day too though.

:rollin dudes kill me when they wanna hold on to role players at the expense of All NBA 2nd team caliber players.

In the trade that Cake described, a Rose/Love/Noah core gets you MUCH closer to beating Miami than the current team you got.

Even if he doesn't get any better... During his last complete season he averaged 26 & 13. That's damn near equivalent to the production we're getting from both of our PF combined Boozer 16 & 9, Taj 8 & 5.... so 26 & 13 compared to 24 & 14.

that looks like THE MAN stats to me G. I don't see Drummond producing that. Maybe I'm sleep though.

love would be such a great fit in chicago... i just want to see him on a team that could make a push in the post season, all that talent wasting away in minny |I

hypothetically speaking though, love with rose would be a great look playing with that level of talent alongside him.

The Bulls have the ultimate trade chip in a future Bobcats first round draft pick.
