Want him to put on 30 more pounds by June and then they will revisit. 6'3 255lbs and he might not be big enough for them! As a freshmen.

you should tell your nephew just to chill and let his body grow into that naturally. Too young to be trying to put on 30 in 6 months.
There aren't and realistically the only way your slapping on 30 pounds at any age and having it be mostly muscle in 6 months is if your hoping on that bike. The kid is way too young to consider something like that just to play at Bosco.There aren't many ages where 30 lbs in 6 months is good for youmuscle or not
