I’m at a loss for words sometimes, talking about this. It’s unfortunate that men make more money for the same amount of work, or even less work.

This quote just blew my mind. Obviously she doesn't understand that effort has nothing to do with it. Should every Entertainer get paid like Drake because they work as hard? They're all in the studio singing and rapping, right? Should every actor get paid like The Rock? They are work on their craft right? Effort/work, etc has nothing to do with it. How much revenue are you generating is what will determine your pay in any entertainment industry. Period.

I hate to rag on the WNBA but their "we work as hard thus we deserve the same pay" logic is flawed.
