With all of this winning comes the Pat Riley philosophy of the Disease of More.

Kerr has to manage all of this and no matter how great of a coach he may be, he may not be able to overcome the self absorption than comes with all of this winning.

Depends. Some people do it as a replacement for arthroscopic surgery to shave down some cartilage and some do it to help recover faster since it increases blood flow. Hard to know without knowing the details as to why he had it done.

If it were due to some cartilage wear and tear it probably means he has some tracking issues which could cause degenerative wear going forward. I would be concerned about that.
