They had a better record last year with a negative at coaching. Wall was injured but Bucks dealt with a myriad of injuries as well.
Giannis will improve; they added a former COTY which should give them a minimum of 5 extra wins; they also added shooting with Donte and Brook. IMO, that's better than the Wiz swapping Gortat for Dwight and adding Rivers. Not to mention a solid chance of a Wizards implosion and chemistry issues. I guess they're still on that third tier with the Pacers, but ultimately I still think they'll be a better team than the Wiz.
If you mean regular season, I think Boston takes it this year if healthy. They weren't too far off from the 1 seed with an injured squad. Might run into chemistry issues that costs them some wins early on with adding Hayward but his playing style and familiarity shouldn't be too difficult to ease in.
