I don't see how Boston isn't the clear cut favorite in the East

they are. they would have to have a pretty big choke job to not make it to the finals

Boston is the favorite no doubt, Bron had mind control over Toronto though. They matched up well with Boston last year. I wouldn't be surprised if they made the breakthrough this season. If Philly doesn't make a trade for Kawhi I'm really confident they're outta there in the 2nd rd.

I don't thInk Kyrie/Gordo push the celtics ahead of the pack like that. I'd say they're more or less the same caliber as last year while several other teams have improved

He missed half the season but they were like .500 without him, basically on par with the regular season record.
Brogdon missed half the year, Bari played like 1/3, Delly played like 1/3. A 40 year old JET played like 50 games. Bucks missed a lot of rotation guys last year and will replace them with good fits and turn a negative at coaching into a positive. Idk, to me, that seems like the Bucks upgraded moreso than the Wiz and were already better last year. They also have the best player in the East who should get better.

I guess we'll see though.
