This javier dude is like a worse version of tyisny
Dudes that think they’re so smart but have no clue what they’re talking about

In the big picture is 3-6 a bad thing?

You think his teammates sitting back like "damn Bron you hurt my career"

And you really wanna use Dion Waiters as your example?
Just going off the top. Too busy at work to open the spreadsheets lol

Wade taking a lessor role next to Bron extended his career so in the end it wasn’t a bad thing. But had Wade not won a ring earlier in his career, I don’t see that happening

He wanted Bron on his team though.
These dudes in here funny
Boy are that slow?

What wanting to win, has to do with player development?

Just cause he said lebron doesnt help develop the youth doesnt mean he doesnt win, is bad, etc etc etc. He stills wins .....

You're just ****** when he leaves because you wont have anything for years to come. But you might have been a contender for the short time he visited and if lucky might have won a chip.

Those are facts. God Lord, hypersensitive kids in here.

This is funny coming from you ...

You are just bad and we cant compare you to anything you just so bad.

Like the worst kind of bad because you cant even comprehend simple **** being said.

Dion Waiters though?

I know you typed that with a slick smirk.

Crazy

What a world. Griffin now takes more pull-up three-pointers per game than LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and C.J. McCollum, per NBA.com, while making a crisp 41.1%.

This is a clever inversion on the part of Pistons coach Dwane Casey and a complete reinvention of Griffin’s game at almost 30 years old, most clearly exemplified by the fact that Griffin—who only took threes with any real frequency for the first time last season—is now launching those shots off the dribble with regularity.

You don't win w/young players.

Lebron's teams are meant to try and win.

Lebron stunting the growth of young players is a weird hill to die on in regards to that. It's Lebron James.

He had a chance to but he didn't they would be this good.

MJ, Kobe all told him what he needed to do to win, he just ignores it because he thinks he's above them.

Btw Steph is much more than a shooter...

People conveniently forget that.. the same squad that ya'll Looked at a year later and called a "superteam" Lebron didn't go to because he didn't think they were talented enough. His bad Gm'n inadvertently caused a dynasty that he could have been a part of.

The Spurs are probably the only team that developed younger talent while also winning chips. Everybody else damn near bottoms out after their run is over.
You're right. It is hard to acquire young talent when you are constantly winning and not getting high draft picks. Even if you have a superb developing program, you might still max out a player to be avg in the NBA.

However, when you have been bad for a long time and have acquired massive talent and then instead of developing them you aquired a superstar that stunts their growth, then you are a certain to have a couple of good years and then be where you started. This is immediate satisfaction vices long term.

GSW even if they cant retain everyone, will be a playoff team for at least 3 more years bearing any injuries. That's why if you have stunk and you have aquired all the talent it would be smart if you develop them. Dont be the ******* Suns.

That's great concept if your a fan of Lebron, if your a fan of the actual team it should worry you that your not developing young players while Lebron is 33 with extreme mileage on him. You HAVE to develop young talent around him.

Shout out to the original sidekick chosen for Lebron

Only real ones remember

Duncan is not a development. He literally might be the most pro ready player of all time. He stayed at Wake for 4 years

I disagree about Manu (he developed on the bench as a 6th man... he wasn’t expected to be a star + by being the #1 option for Argentina) but I will concede Tony Parker.

Nah B, you're wildin' if you think that Duncan didn't benefit from a younger, motivated Popovich and the veteran 'Admiral'. Again I will agree that Duncan was extremely NBA ready due to his high b-ball IQ and Wake tenure but it's foolish to say he wasn't 'developed' by the Spurs.

Whether you're a fan of LBJ or not, if he's on your team you should probably try to win. Regardless of age.

You can't develop young guys and try to win chips at the same time. You have to pick one.

Lakeshow will indeed reach that tipping point and most of the young core will be shipped at some point. It is what it is.

The 97' Laker squad had Shaq, Kobe, NVE, Eddie, all stars. In 98' the Lakers were a 60 win team..by the time the Lakers were winning chips, only Shaq and Kobe remained, with Ron Harper and AC Green and Glen Rice being the other starters.

That's ridiculous indeed, dude was the goods coming out of college but literally played under pop his whole career & continued to develop into one of the Best Of All Time.

But what are they not developing?

BI is getting tons of touches. Kuz is getting his shots. Zo and Hart are getting their spot up looks.

They're learning how to play in crunch time (especially defense), I think that's invaluable.

True ...

On the other hand, the ball is being taken out their hand and all decision making.

The spacing has to be different in order to let Lebron penetrate.

They become more spot up shooters than creating their own shots.

Basically have to change their mentality to play Lebron's BB. That also hinders their BB IQ long term.
