*****s not even making any objective sense anymore.

These conversations just turn into "you slandered my guy...im slandering your guy".
If i'm remembering correctly thats exactly how it started wit Booker on here a couple seasons ago...Ppl were saying hes better than alotta the other young players, especially D Lo at the time and they fired back with the "empty stats" and he not leading his team to W's...still got the carry over from that to this day

WHO? What players?

And point out WHO said those players are putting up empty stats.

WTF you expect me to keep a check book of who said what on what day about some random player. Players on bad teams get called out for having empty stats in here from time to time, Booker for some reason gets a pass.

WHAT?

AD being on a **** team has been a topic of discussion for years now. In fact...he even DRAGGED them to the playoffs in 2015.

This is why we need to start using the @ feature...cause it's entirely too easy claim a narrative as being some sort of consensus around here. We gonna have to start putting names to the claims we're making.

Nah man..it was definitely a thing. Maybe his teammates got mentioned here and there but AD was getting killed for not leading his team to the playoffs

Doncic be making some crazy reads and passes bro. Especially considering his age.

He's been doing **** a 19 year old kid shouldn't be doing all year.

Him and Trae's feel for the game at this stage of their careers is kinda silly.

haven't seen much Luka
i know Trae be doing it tho that boy the goods too
that off hand cross court pass is tough and lowkey a bad pass :lol

Devin Booker was drafted in 2015

A late-lottery pick who ended up exceeding expectations.

At what point should a lottery pick should start catching flack for a lack of team success? What's the cut-off point?

Because I'm looking at the rest of that 2015 class and outside of D'Lo (in year 4) I don't see anyone who's "led" their teams to this great success...I'm looking at the 2016 class and the most accomplished is Ben Simmons...who plays with Joel Embiid. Jamal Murray...who plays with Nikola Jokic will be going to the playoffs this year.

The Lakers have TWO players on their roster who were drafted MUCH higher than Devin Booker in recent years...haven't made the playoffs yet.

So let's hear it? What's the clock?

3? Bron Curry Harden
only people ive regularly seen do it
i can be wrong

I think CP3 has that kind of pass in his arsenal. Rubio is still a really good passer, but I’m not sure I’ve seen him do exactly that.

Speaking of passers - P C H P C H or HIM HIM - is Milos still on the Clippers roster? I don’t remember hearing he got waived, but I can’t the last team I even saw him on the bench.

He's back overseas :lol they waived him at the deadline after trying to trade him

bron does that **** like 3x a game :lol
curry be doing that **** all the time off PnR too
harden def does it too

other folks pointed out trea simmons luka and cp3 as well
out of them ive prob seen trae and simmons do it the most.. i might be imagining simmons tho i dont watch many of their games though

Everyone knows the Lakers are trash, Ingram Zo and Kuz are garbage etc. We hear that in here literally everyday. Booker is elite this that and the other and can't be scrutinized because of xyz. That's my point

Is Devin Booker better than Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, and Kyle Kuzma?

Yes or No?

When they sign a max deal.

Draft position be damned. You 30Ms a year your team shouldn't be a dumpster fire.

I get not making the playoffs but if you haven't even won 30 games in your career 4 years in I'm questioning if you are a difference maker.

:lol: can we get an answer on what empty stats are or not? this was all that was asked... Ya'll swear that if someone isn't 1000% in on a player ya'll like that they're getting bashed.

Aight...cool. But this is barbershop logic. There's not a shred of actual X and O's basketball sense in this.

The team was picked across the board...to finish 14th or 15th in the West before the season even started...based on the talent on the roster. But somehow...Devin Booker making 30Ms should supersede ALL of that

You're lost. I said I'm not even hating on Booker, I don't watch him like that because what I look like watching suns games. I said it's about how he gets a pass and treated with kid gloves in here. Literally just said that. And to your point if book is better than Ingram Zo and Kuz then why is the bar lower for him as the better player? Does that make sense to you?
