The build up will be legendary though. I think at least a few of the big names will move including KD. The trade market should be a frenzied one as well. Over half the league has significant cap space this summer.

Professional athletes buy property every where. Considering kawhi was mobbin around in a ‘97 chevy pick up into this decade, this guy must practice absurd amounts of frugality and intelligent spending. could see him buying land in TO as just a smart investment

He’s already got long money and is about to get another big contract. He can afford to rent the house until he recoups the cost or sit on it until it appreciates to sell at a profit. Rich people have a different threshold for potentially profitable investments.

LA and NY have some of the most inflated real estate prices in the world and rich people buy investment properties in each place every day.
