Y’all really think Zion is a better prospect than RJ? I personally think RJ has the bigger ceiling. Plus I’m afraid of Zion’s knees personally. He’s only going to get bigger.

Yea but how many American kids aren’t? Harrison Barnes was supposed to be the next Kobe when he was coming out of HS. How did that work out? I mean year Bennett busted out and Wiggins is a shade of his potential but he wasn’t a killer when he was in Kansas wanting that spotlight.
RJ wants the final shot, you see if how duke gives him the ball to create in clutch situations. I want that over just an athlete who technically is a tweener. Sure he’s a freak athlete playing against frail kids, but I’m curious how that transitions when he can’t bully everyone and people are around his same athleticism.

But then you have Nash. I still think if we look at % more American players are busts if we take a whole sample. I just don’t think it’s as black and white as people want it to seem in terms of American vs. non-American. You got dirk, Nash, Yao (when he was healthy), doncic, and many more.
You can see which kids sort of hide from that spotlight and who wants the ball. That fact that coach K has that faith in him with all that talent on the team says a lot to me. And the fact he doesn’t shy away.

People didn’t want Doncic bc he’s European, and now look. Same can be said about Frank. The difference is attitude on the court. That won’t change. I knew Frank was timid from the jump, but I gave him a chance. He just doesn’t have it. Doncic is exactly what he looked like overseas and dude isn’t even a great athlete.

i like doncic i just knew it was unrealistic to land him... the tank was strong once kp got injured last year but the problem was everyone else was tanking the whole year smh... so it was impossible to catch up

There's more than a difference in attitude between Doncic and Frank on the court
. I wasn't sure how Doncics game was going to translate but in the limited games I've seen him play he looks like he's gonna be good.
