Official 2019 NYK offseason thread. Brooklyn knick fans check in

bruh i was playing with tankathon today

only one NYK #1 pick

Maddddd CLE or NOP getting 1st pick :sick::sick::sick::sick::sick::sick:

Yo this gunna kill me by 830pm. I've been spinning tankathon no lie for like 100 tries and Knicks won maybe 10

Not cool with trading the #1 pick.

It'd be disappointing in a way if we do end up with Zion only to trade him but if we get Durant & Kyrie, you have to maximize your chance at a championship. As good as Zion may be, he's still an unproven 19 year old rookie.

It would be 200% worth it if we win a championship.

We can still win without AD. Keep the youth and depth

Comes down to whether you think Zion at the 4 gives you the same chance at a championship as Davis.

No one currently on the team is good enough to be untouchable except Robinson.

They're gonna pull that trigger for AD. I know it.

Kyrie, KD, and AD will be Miami Heat levels of ****ary. Idk if I wanna rock with that :smh:

I get we're thirsty for a championship, but I guess its a pride thing when I rather win with players you've drafted.

Those Spurs championships, Dirk championship, or first GS championship must've felt glorious.

100% agree but we're not winning **** with Knox or Frank. We'd need to be **** for a few more season to get more top picks & even it's no guarantee they pan out.

I'll take three All-NBA players any day.

Going with Zion over AD also gives us a lot of cap space to sign role players, if we do end up with two max free agents.

Even with the thoughts of a championship, I'd rather have two superstars and a rookie with a solid bench than going all in for three max guys. I'd support it, but it feels like the same old case of us not thinking longer term than the next two years the way we have as long as I can remember.

Anything other than #1 and I think I'm cool with it...but even at #2, Morant is super intriguing.

I just want to draft a star and actually keep him. Sadly we haven't done that since Pat.

It's a really tough decision. Glad I don't have to make it. :lol
