KD and Kyrie sets us up for maybe a 3-4 year window. I'm tryna build for the next 7-10 years.
We need Zion.

Not cool with trading the #1 pick.
We can still win without AD. Keep the youth and depthIt'd be disappointing in a way if we do end up with Zion only to trade him but if we get Durant & Kyrie, you have to maximize your chance at a championship. As good as Zion may be, he's still an unproven 19 year old rookie.
It would be 200% worth it if we win a championship.

you know damn well we drafting some guy from Europe we never heard of
I get we're thirsty for a championship, but I guess its a pride thing when I rather win with players you've drafted.
Those Spurs championships, Dirk championship, or first GS championship must've felt glorious.
Ok?Knicks getting 3rd pick
Going with Zion over AD also gives us a lot of cap space to sign role players, if we do end up with two max free agents.Comes down to whether you think Zion at the 4 gives you the same chance at a championship as Davis.
No one currently on the team is good enough to be untouchable except Robinson.

That’s not bad

Even with the thoughts of a championship, I'd rather have two superstars and a rookie with a solid bench than going all in for three max guys. I'd support it, but it feels like the same old case of us not thinking longer term than the next two years the way we have as long as I can remember.
Anything other than #1 and I think I'm cool with it...but even at #2, Morant is super intriguing.
I just want to draft a star and actually keep him. Sadly we haven't done that since Pat.
Aight, cool. Thanks.I’m hoping for the best for you guys but history speaks for itself.
