This has been how I've always felt about the situation.
Media attaches everyone's name to the Knicks for ratings at every single opportunity.
No one knows anything until the ink has dried. That's why I haven't been getting my hopes up in the slightest, about these names being thrown around.
I'd be content if we keep building around the talented youth that we're stockpiling until we have some bonafide young stars, that attract other proven stars in their prime, to complete a championship caliber roster.
Gutting our team and leveraging our future for injury prone players on the other side of their primes isn't an attractive proposition to me.
