Props to the Rockets for the Covington midseason pickup. .that pickup allowed them to take the next level defensively.

I was pulling hard for LAL to trade Kuzma or Green for him a month before the deadline but Jeanie didn't wanna listen and Hou "stole" themselves a championship piece away from the Lakers.

Imagine RoCo on the floor with AD and Bron, it wouldn't even be fair. Here RoCo stats in the crucial last 4 games of OKC series. Ntm he averaging 2.6 steals and 1.5 blocks a game in 8 playoff games thus far, and had 4 steals and a block against the Lakers in G1

It could've happened prior to the trade deadline if LAL had actually made a serious run to get him but instead they were hoping Kuzma could play that Glen Rice role and Green could impact the game defensively since he has a history of averaging RoCo numbers in the steals and blocks departments. And LAL still hoping to this day...

Minnesota got a way better haul than Kuzma and/or Green. It would've never happened.
