Cover 3 did an interesting podcast on the transfer portal recently. They mentioned that schools that are on the quarter system as opposed to the semester system are at an advantage when it comes to the transfer portal because the quarter system allows students to enroll later.
If Caleb transfers to a school on the quarter system, he can wait until around March to enroll.
