Remember throughout the season when Lakers fans told you that the shortened off-season and the condensed schedule was leading to injuries?

A lot of you guys said that Lakers fans were just whining and complaining ("your stars were old and brittle anyway, no excuses").

Well, here's what you get. Now basically every remaining contender is dealing with a major injury

A lot of what's happening isn't fatigue related though. Knee injuries can happen bat any time. Pulled ham strings happen at any time. Kawhi just made a wrong step. Kyrie came down on a guys foot. Cp3 may or may not have contracted Covid.

While I get the shortened off season sucks, deepest playoff runs were Lakers and heat. Both out. Most of everyone else were out early or didn't play at all. Had more time off. All while fresh from 5 months off prior to return. It's a bummer, but more coincidental over direct correlation.

The clippers were down to cancel first, then Bron hopped on the wagon, then mysteriously changed his mind less than 24 hrs later.

Damn bro. You really not trying to accept reality. Either way, Kawhi sitting out this game is not a good situation to be in against the #1 seed. You don’t load manage in the playoffs while it’s tied 2-2 .
