But that's the thing though, Nebraska thinks they're too good for that style of football. The delusions of grandeur is almost the worst of any fanbase or program in the country. They stay bashing Iowa and Wisconsin thinking they are tOSU. They act like they are a coach away from making that happen. Nebraska was only relevant in the early 90s because of roids and letting players do whatever they wanted including beating women and committing sexual assault. I hope that program fails. Osborne is a scum.

I agree with everything except the roids part. Nebraska was probably the first big program to push their guys to take stuff, but I think by the 90’s just about everyone had caught up.

I played HS ball with a kid who’s dad was on that 88 MSU Rose Bowl team, and from the sounds of it, just about the entire team was on something. It wasn’t just Mandarich and the OL.

I always found it interesting that Boz claims in the 80s the whole OU team was on roids and Switzer told them they had to get off and so they all got off. Besides the fact he allegedly popped for roid use after that (though he denies the accuracy of the test) I find it hard to believe Switzer of all people discouraged cheating in that way, especially back in the 80s.

Aaron Murray just said Arkansas is dead last in the country (statistically) at pass defense because they have white DBs. He said in the league and in college they called it "white DB alert" and they were taught whenever you see a white DB go after them

This is hilarious cause I saw this tweet this weekend.

But picturing Aaron calling an audible for AJ is even funnier.

@ the 21:20 mark 😂😂😂

This is really bad. It's one thing to disagree with the coach, but to sabotage and throw games is another. Everyone involved should be blackballed from coaching at any level. How long was this happening? Maybe everything wasn't Herm's fault.

Herm was definitely the scape goat. But that whole environment seemed toxic, like the **** that the players pulled when Jayden Daniels transferred
